Soft keychain
About 1.5 to 3 inches · PVC ~4 mm
A soft keychain is a vinyl head, a molded PVC figure, or a small plush pull. Typical faces sit about 1.5 to 3 inches. Soft PVC is commonly around 4 millimeters thick so the figure holds shape without scratching a phone in the same pocket. That is the grab on a zipper when hands are wet from an I-Drive pool or a 3 p.m. storm.
What the material does
Molded PVC and vinyl are flexible. They do not ring against a bottle the way a metal plate does. A plush zipper pull is the same job in fabric: you find the slider without looking. Heat on a parking row will warm them. Sunscreen will smear a tab. Rinse a clip that rode from a hotel pool to a gate. Hang the bag in afternoon air-conditioning so the figure dries facing the room.
A 1.5-inch vinyl head fits a zipper pocket. A 3-inch pocket figure is still smaller than a luggage tag. Both still need a split ring that has not opened. Do not load a heavy plush and a metal plate on the same thin ring for a park week.
Park bag, hotel hook
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules put bags in reach of screening. A hip pocket dumps. Clip the figure to the zipper or a strap so the set stays with the bag. At night, hang the bag on a hotel hook on International Drive, downtown by Lake Eola, or in a Lake Nona apartment. A soft face is still a face you can find in a dark room if the silhouette is honest.
